Sonship

Being created in God’s image we in turn are created with a deep embedded sense of needing to belong. With the increase in the number of homes that have suffered divorce, or childbirth outside of wedlock and with the culture’s increasing devotion to individualism and therefore hedonism we have lost the original source of belonging, The Family.

Jesus wants to redeem not only people but original systems to help provide what we need. So, what do all of the relationships look like in the family, and how did Jesus redefine family with the advent of the Church? Today we look at one of those relationships, Sonship.
